Returns & Exchanges

We want you to feel confident and comfortable in your Cou Cou pieces, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all unworn items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, intimates must be returned with all original tags and liners intact.

Return Process

  Start Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Place the unwashed, unworn items with original tags attached back into the compostable Cou Cou mailer or a similar protective envelope.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once our team inspects the items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
